Having Problem Accessing Websites?

  • We suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc. If you're still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team and include: • As much detail as you can about the issue.
  • Screen shots of any error message you get.
  • Which web browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc).
  • What you may have done so far to try to resolve the problem.

If My Article Is Out Of Stock Will That Article Be Replenished Again?

  • We don't currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock. Write to us at care@tulipcomfort.com  and we will let you know what we can do best to service your request, if possible.
  • You could also look for something similar – all you need to do is type a product description into the search box on our website. Our New Arrivals section includes all our latest items, so it's always worth a look!
