Exchange Policy
We offer an Exchange only Policy.
Till when can I exchange purchased items?
You can place a request for exchange any time within a day from the date you receive your shipment. We won't be able to process exchanges in case the request for exchange is placed after 24 hours from the date and time you receive your shipment. We recommend that if you need an alternate size / replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest.
How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange a product, email or WhatsApp us. Send an email to care@tulipcomfort.com and, in addition to your email, message only our Customer Service Desk @ +91 7506733630 between 10:30 hrs and 18:00 hrs, six days a week. Please note, Whatsapp is for messages ONLY and not calls.
What can I exchange?
You can exchange your online purchase once. If you have bought from us from an exhibition, our store or a store that stocks us, we do not offer exchanges. You can exchange your online purchased and delivered product for a one bigger or smaller size of the same style, colour and the same price as the one you purchased on the website.
Do I get charged for exchanging products?
Since the price of the item you pick as an exchange is the same, there is no cost to exchange. However, we will request you to courier it back to us at your cost.
I think I got a wrong exchange. What do I do?

How do I pack my exchange package?
Please pack your exchange in the same original Tulip Comfort Box in which your pieces is delivered to you. All labels and hangtags should be intact on the piece.
Step 1: Once packed in the Tulip Comfort Wear original box, please use an additional layer of outer envelope in plastic so that the box and piece are safe from rain and water. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.
Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from tulipcomfort.com into the exchange box and secure the box with an adhesive tape. Bubble wrap for safe delivery.
Step 3: Send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label:

Will you pick up exchanges from my home/office?
We request you to ship the exchange package to us through a trusted, reputed courier of your choice and intimate us all the relevant details.
How quickly will you process my exchange?
Once we receive your shipment at our tulipcomfort.com warehouse, the quality team will check the consignment for fulfilment of our exchange norms. We will process your exchange / replacement Store Credits in a maximum of 6-7 working days from the date of receipt of your exchange shipment. In case the product does not qualify for exchanges or in case of any other issues, our exchange team will get in touch with you.
Have you received my exchange goods?
You can track the status of your shipment online with the AWB number your courier company gives you. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we'll process it and send you a confirmation mail.
What after you receive my exchange package?
Our Quality Analysts will evaluate the product that we receive. If the product you wish to exchange is in good condition and meets our Exchange norms, your request will be processed. Therefore, we recommend that when you are sending the exchange consignment on your own, do make sure that it is shipped in a secure packaging. We will not be able to process exchange for products that do not meet our "Exchange Quality Requirement".
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges can be done only ONCE for size.
GOODS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
